Step 1: Log on to blogger.com and sign in to your blogger account.
Step 2: Go to the settings of the blogger which you wish to "DELETE PERMANENTLY".
Step 3: On the left side there is a sub option for settings called "other " CLICK ON THAT.
Step 4: As shown in the above image click on delete blog and your blog will get deleted.
